GOVERNOR AND MAYOR TO HELP KICK OFF MAJOR NEW DEVELOPMENT
FOR DOWNTOWN LANSING

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at noon on December
18, for the new Boji Complex in downtown Lansing. The event,
at the corner of Allegan and Townsend across the street from
the Capitol, will kick off the construction of this exciting
project.
Dignitaries will include Governor John Engler, Mayor David
Hollister, local legislators and city council members. Also
attending will be Doug Rothwell, CEO of the Michigan Economic
Development Corporation and Jim Epolito, CEO of the Accident
Fund of Michigan.
The project will include a 300,000 square foot, Class A office
building and a 1450 vehicle parking facility. This project will
be one of the most impressive developments in downtown Lansing
in recent memory, and continues the growth that is occurring
in the area.
