Ron Boji
Ron is an owner of Boji Group, LLC and as one of its owners,
is specifically responsible is for the management and leasing
of leased space in the companys portfolio.
Prior to establishing Boji Group, Ron started and owned Computer
Warehouse. Computer Warehouse grew to two stores with over
$8,000,000 in annual sales before it was sold in 1999. In
1998 Ron and his father purchased the landmark Michigan National
Tower to add to their growing real estate portfolio. In 1999
the Bojis assumed daily management duties and Ron became
the property manager. He still performs these duties and is
responsible for tenant relations and the day-to-day management
and operation of the Tower.
Ron attended Michigan State University, earning a Bachelor
of Science in Building Construction Management. He participated
in one year of training in Southern California to prepare
himself for the opening of Computer Warehouse.
Ron is an active participant in his community. He presently
serves on the Arab American Advisory Board having been appointed
to this position by Governor Engler. He was also appointed
by Mayor Hollister in Lansing to the Blue Ribbon Committee
for Economic Development. He also serves on the Michigan Chamber
of Commerce Board of Directors, the Capitol Area Youth Alliance,
the Mother of God Parish Council, and Camp Highfields Board
of Directors.

Louie Boji
Louie Boji is the founder and managing member of the Boji
Group. He earned a law degree in his homeland of Iraq from
the University of Baghdad, June 1965. He immigrated to the
United States in 1968 and became a citizen in 1974. Louie
became involved in a number of grocery and party stores with
a variety of partners. His role was to provide finance and
management expertise. Ownership of most of these stores included
real estate ownership. Another of Louie’s roles was to manage
and operate that real estate.
Louie has developed two retail centers. In 1987 he developed
the 70,000 square foot Marysville Plaza, which included the
location of one of his grocery stores. In 1992 he developed
a 136,000 square foot retail center in Shelby Township, which
has since been sold. In 1998 he sold his last store and since
that time he has been primarily involved in the development,
ownership and management of real estate with the Boji Group.
Louie’s single largest accomplishment was coordinating the
purchase of the Michigan National Tower from Michigan National
Bank in 1998.
Louie and his wife live in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

Hani Mio
Hani Mio is an owner of Boji Group, LLC and currently serves as
its Executive Vice President for Buildings Management and Operations.
Hani immigrated to the United States at age fourteen and purchased
his first business, a convenience store in Redford Twp., Michigan,
at age 18. From these humble beginnings Hani eventually sold this
business to purchase two other convenience stores in Monroe, Michigan.
While working at these two stores, he was able to raise profitability
while expanding both locations size and revenues. At age
28 he purchased an entire shopping center in Southfield, Michigan
beginning his eventual start in property and business management
and development.
In 1995, Hani purchased the Ramada Inn in Warren, Michigan eventually
transforming it into the Four Points Sheraton, Hotel and Suites.
Since 1995, Mr. Mio has bought and constructed two Holiday Inn
Express, Hotels and Suites in Roseville and Woodhaven, Michigan,
purchased a Ramada Inn in Midland and purchased a Best Western
in Woodhaven as well.
Hani brings a wealth of knowledge in the lodging industry
to the Boji Group as well as the necessary tools required
to manage, build and operate all of its buildings while maintaining
positive relations with every kind of tenant.
Hani currently resides in Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife
and 3 children.

Michael W. Peplowski
Mike is the Chief Operating Officer and Controller for
the Boji Group. Currently Mr. Peplowski is responsible
for all financial analysis of intended projects that
the Boji Group undertakes. Mike has direct experience
in Commercial Real Estate Analysis as they pertain to
short and long term cash flows as well as fundamental
knowledge of private and public finance through tax-free
municipal bond issuances. Before joining the Boji Group,
Mike was the direct manager of Mortgage Sales and Development
for Independent Bank South Michigan from 1998-2001.
In this capacity he was responsible for the direct funding
of all mortgage products that included portfolio notes
as well as standard Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products.
Also Mike had direct responsibilities in commercial
banking functions, loan committees for both commercial
and residential lending, and commercial business development.
After leaving Independent Bank, Mike took a business development
position with WILX tv10 in Lansing. While working at the TV
station, Mike was able to construct numerous marketing and
advertising partnerships between local companies and corporations.
He also serves and chairs the Athlete For Kids Committee,
which is responsible for building a dedicated pediatric emergency
room at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. Mike also hosted a weekly
sports show and radio program.
Mike graduated form Michigan State University with a Business
Administration degree in 1992. Mike also played basketball
for Michigan State University and earned Academic All Big
Ten and Academic All American honors as well. After graduation,
he was drafted by the Sacramento Kings and played for numerous
teams in the NBA as well as Europe.
Mike currently resides in Williamston, Michigan with his
family.
