Ron Boji
 Ron is the President of Boji Group, LLC. As one of its owners, Ron is primarily responsible for the management, development and leasing of space in the company’s constantly expanding real estate portfolio.
Boji Group has developed a very diverse portfolio of real estate and retail holdings. They currently own and manage 600,000 square feet of office space in the Lansing area with the ownership of four landmark buildings in the downtown core. Under the United Wholesale banner, Boji operates a major retail wholesale business in Michigan. Under the United Fuel banner, Boji owns and operates 38 gas station convenience stores and 6 Hardees Restaurants in North Carolina. In addition, Boji Group is involved in the ownership of 5 hotels.
Prior to forming Boji Group, Ron played a leadership role in the mid-Michigan computer industry as a representative of large computer hardware and software firms. In 1998, Ron and his father took a huge leap forward in their growing real estate portfolio by purchasing the landmark Michigan National Tower. In 1999, the Boji’s assumed daily management duties and Ron became the principal operations officer for the property, a responsibility he still holds today. In addition, he manages operations at the Capitol View, Hollister and 5/3rd properties.
Ron is an active participant in his community. He currently serves on the Arab American Advisory Board by appointment of the Governor. He was also appointed to the Lansing Blue Ribbon Committee for Economic Development. In addition, he serves on the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Lansing Regional Chamber Board of Directors, the Capitol Area Youth Alliance, the YMCA Board of Directors and Mother of God Parish Council.
Last year, he was recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of their influential “40 under 40” honorees.
Ron resides in Orchard Lake, Michigan with his wife and three daughters.

Louie Boji
Louie is the founder and managing member of the Boji Group. He earned a law degree in his homeland of Iraq from the University of Baghdad in June of 1965. He immigrated to the United States in 1968 and became a citizen in 1974. Louie became involved in a number of grocery and party stores with a variety of partners. His role was to provide finance and management expertise. Ownership of most of these stores included real estate ownership. Another of Louie’s roles was to manage and operate that real estate.
Louie has developed two retail centers. In 1987, he developed the 70,000 square foot Marysville Plaza, which included the location of one of his grocery stores. In 1992, he developed a 136,000 square foot retail center, which has since been sold, in Shelby Township. In 1998, he sold his last store and since that time, he has been primarily involved in the development, ownership and management of real estate with the Boji Group.
Louie’s single largest accomplishment was coordinating the purchase of the Michigan National Tower from Michigan national Bank in 1998.
Louie and his wife live in West Bloomfield, MI.
Hani Mio
Hani is an owner of Boji Group, LLC and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for United Distribution Group, which is based in Detroit.
Hani immigrated to the Unites States at age 14 and purchased his first business, a convenience store in Redford Township at age 18. From these humble beginnings, Hani eventually sold this business to purchase two other convenience stores in Monroe. While working at both stores, he was able to raise profitability while expanding store sizes and revenues. At age 28, he purchased an entire shopping center in Southfield, beginning his eventual start in property and business management and development.
In 1995, Hani purchased the Ramada Inn in Warren, eventually transforming it into the Four Points Sheraton Hotel & Suites. Since 1995, Hani has bought and constructed two Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites in Roseville and Woodhaven. He has also purchased a Ramada Inn in Midland in addition to a Best Western in Woodhaven.
Hani is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the United Distribution Center in Southfield. Additionally, he manages all of the distribution centers located throughout the states of Michigan and Ohio. His knowledge of just in time delivery, management and distribution has allowed this division of our company to flourish.
Hani resides in Bloomfield, MI with his wife and three children.

Sonya McDonald, Office Manager
As Office Manager for the Boji Group, Sonya manages daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. She is also involved in coordination of new leases and lease renewals. Sonya works closely with Ron and the office team to ensure maximum office efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Prior to joining the Boji Group, Sonya gained professional experience in a variety of environments including a position as Sales Assistant for a medical manufacturing company in Tampa, FL and Office Manager for a special event décor company in Orlando, FL. Her diverse background has enabled her to become an integral part of the daily operations of the Boji Group.
Sonya is originally a native of Florida. She moved to Michigan in December 2005 and currently resides in Holt with her husband and son. Outside of work Sonya spends most of her time with family and friends. She enjoys participating in school activities and supporting her son in extracurricular sports programs.

Keith Kelley, Buildings Director
Keith has been involved in property management for over 26 years, spending most of those years at Boji Tower. Keith worked for Michigan National Bank prior to the Boji family buying the Tower. Keith was the owner’s representative on the newly completed Capitol View Building in which he daily overseen the completion of the project. Keith has vast experience in property management with a back ground in mechanical, plumbing, electrical and construction project management. He takes great pride in managing the tallest building in Downtown Lansing.
Keith has been married for 26 years to Lynnae, where they happily reside in Owosso. He also has two children Josh and Emily who visit when they are not away attending at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville Tennessee.
Keith enjoys spending time with his family as well as golfing with his friend when he has free time.

Michelle Dowding, Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant of the Boji Group, Michelle provides administrative support to Ron Boji. She is the first point of contact in our office for our associates, Michelle also acts as the liaison between our tenants and our maintenance staff to ensure a top quality level of service and tenant satisfaction.
Michelle previously worked as an Executive Assistant for a professional networking organization where she gained much experience in working with clients, directors and Executive Directors. She also became highly efficient in data entry, meeting preparation and office management. Joining the Boji Group has been a great move for Michelle and she has proven to be a valuable member of our team.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys associating with her friends and family, exercise, a variety of sports as well furthering her bible education and teaching work.
Michelle resides in Eaton Rapids with her roommate.
